Purpose and scope

 

The exhaust gas is forced into the equalizing chamber of the purification tower by the fan, and enters the inner tower processor through unequal velocity spray treatment. The exhaust gas passes through the packing layer composed of the novel Pall ring and enters the second spray treatment to make the gas and liquid two Full contact with each other, neutralization reaction occurs, and then discharged into the atmosphere after deliquoring treatment, and the purified waste gas meets the national standard.

 

Scope of application

It is suitable for the pollution control of lead fume or vapor in printing, storage battery, non-ferrous metal smelting, military industry and other industries, as well as pickling waste gas or other waste gas in chemical, smelting, electroplating, picture tube, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical, instrumentation, electronic components, machinery manufacturing and other industries Purification. It can also be used as a wet dust collector in the field of dust removal, especially suitable for occasions where the concentration of dust is not high but the gas has a certain degree of toxicity. The purified gas can meet the national emission standards.

Project case

Hebei xx Steel Co., Ltd. is a modern private steel enterprise integrating ironmaking, steelmaking and rolling.
