The inspection procedure of forged products is as follows:
① All forgings should be cleaned before acceptance of finished products. Free forgings may not be cleaned.
② Before the acceptance of finished products, the forgings submitted for inspection and acceptance should be checked against the accompanying card one by one to see whether the batch number, alloy, state, specification, number of heat treatment furnace and the amount of input are consistent with the comparison of the accompanying card, and then check item by item according to the technical standards stipulated in the contract.
③ The final inspection requirements and acceptance rules of forgings should be carried out in accordance with the specific requirements of the forging drawing, process rules, technical conditions and accompanying process cards. The location, direction and quantity of samples for physical and chemical examination shall comply with the technical standard and the requirements of sampling drawings. The whole process of inspection should be recorded in detail.
④review the organization, performance and other physical and chemical inspection report is complete and clear, item by item review, to deal with the unqualified items.
⑤After the final inspection of the forgings is qualified, the inspector should fill in the certificate of forgings according to the requirements of the contract, agreement or relevant documents.
⑥The unqualified forgings after inspection should be clearly marked and kept in isolation.
⑦The inspection mark and other marks (or hanging labels) are made at the specified parts of the forging.
