What is the use of wind power flange?

Wind turbine flange is a structural part connecting each section of tower cylinder or tower cylinder and hub, hub and blade, usually connected by bolts.
Wind power flange is simply wind turbine flange. Wind power flange is also called tower flange, its process mainly has the following steps:
1. raw material source refined export flaw detection plate
2. the material into the factory by the county technical supervision bureau reinspection
3. cutting by large sawing machine
4. Raw materials are heated in the heating furnace
5. top punching repeatedly forging forming
6. Normalizing annealing
7. rough processing after heat treatment
8. qualified to do fine machining
